The company is located at Changzhou, Jiangsu, in the middle of the route of Shanghai-Nanjing High-speed Rail. It only takes one hour drive to Shanghai by intercity high-speed rail. Since its establishment in 1994, the company has been engaged in R&D, manufacture and sale of auto precision bearing. Main products are needle roller bearing, roller bearing, clutch release bearing and hub bearing. They are mainly applied to important assemblies like automotive transmission, clutch, heavy truck axle and hub. Our products serve as important parts of host machines.
The company is one of the main suppliers of needle roller bearing, roller bearing and clutch release bearing used in automotive transmission. Our customers include vehicle manufacturing groups such as FAW, Dongfeng, SAIC, Chana Auto, Sinotruk and Chery, as well as the largest domestic heavy truck, bus, car, mini-car transmission factories such as Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive, Qijiang Gear, SAGW and Chongqing Tsingshan, and meanwhile extend to internationally renowned transmission factories such as ZF, Eaton, AGC (Tangshan) and GETRAG (Jiangxi).
The company has good independent R&D ability. It has a test centre which has acquired the ISO/IEC17025 lab recognition. This centre is one of the nine bearing manufacturers’ labs recognized by the country. Its test ability gets international mutual recognition. The company’s R&D centre is identified as Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre and Jiangsu Provincial Needle Roller Bearing Engineering Research Centre. As the first drafting unit and participating drafting unit, the centre accomplished the development of the national standard of serial bearings used in automotive transmission. In 2004, 2006 and 2009, the company was identified as “Jiangsu Provincial High and New Tech Enterprise” by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology for three consecutive times. In 2010, it was awarded “Key High and New Tech Enterprise of National Torch Plan”.
Since the establishment, the company has respectively acquired ISO9002, QS-9000, VDA6.1, ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 quality and environmental management system certification, as well as OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. The establishment of different kinds of systems is strengthened with the steady development of the company, and has provided a good foundation for standardized operation of the company.
